deposit of 50% of the estimated website cost is
required at the beginning of the project. You
can get a general idea of how much that will be
by looking at the different package options below.
Custom
Design:
A Custom designed site means that I will sit
down with you and find out exactly what we need
to do to put your company style, needs, and
requirements on the Web. I listen, and create
designs that fit your needs and budget.
Depending upon your location I may have you
fill out a detailed questionnaire that can be
mailed or emailed after completion.
Template
Design:
These templates are innovative and utilize the
latest technology but they are limited in scope.
Because the backbone work is already done I
can offer a site built from a template at a
lower cost than a custom site would be. However,
there are significant restrictions on the type
and amount of changes that can be made. |

1 Basic Package - Template Design

Packages are best for service oriented, personal
and informational sites.
Basic
Template Website Design is $200 and includes
up to 6 pages.
Per Page Plan:
- New pages are $20.00 per page.
- Updating an existing page is $10.00
Flat
Rate Plan:
- Flat Rate Monthly Fee: $35.00 (Comes with
a maximum number of changes)
Both
Plans include:
- Hosting Fee: $100.00 per year.
- Domain Name Registration Fee: $20.00 per year
- Server setup fee: $20.00 (one-time fee)
- Logo and Tag Line: Free (based on template
design - changes are restricted)
- Unlimited email accounts
- Site includes your choice of one of the following:
Photo Gallery, Guestbook, Clock, Date, Counter,
or Form Mail.
- Photos/Graphic's optimized and sized: First
5 provided by you - free. Additional graphics
